  • It is with sadness that we advise that George Hill passed away on Monday last week. George Hill was a member of the Agronomy Society Council from 1975 until 2011. George was also Editor of the Agronomy Society Proceedings for a number of years. George’s contribution to the Society was recognised by his being made a Fellow of the Society. We extend the Society's deepest sympathy to George’s wife Roberta and family.
